Setting an AppointmentSetting an Appointment

  • Call your Referral Coordinator at (866) 406-9976 to Make a Referral:
    • Confirm authorization
    • Obtain patient information
    • Obtain referral source information
    • Obtain payer and/or employer information
  • We will pre-admit the patient, and we will provide you with a date and time
  • We set up your billing profile to ensure proper, accurate billing of services
  • We set up your client profile to establish the feedback loop so you get the post-visit communication you need

Pre-AppointmentPre-Appointment

  • We proactively place a reminder call to your patient 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • We expedite the check-in process by ensuring that the medical center treating your patient has all necessary medical reports and files before arrival:
    • Initial injury report
    • Last medical note for treating physician
    • Diagnostic reports
    • Films and X-rays
    • Therapy notes

Post-Visit CommunicationPost-Visit Communication

  • We give you a welcome call within two days after the first patient visit to introduce you to AMS and to provide all the information you need
  • We provide you with the reports and information you want per your client profile
  • We inform you whenever patients miss their scheduled appointments
  • We work with you to schedule any rechecks, follow-up appointments, and additional treatments
