Administrative Services
Our services at AMS extend beyond providing expert clinical and rehabilitation services. We are also experts in managing the paperwork, forms, and communication dynamics related to workers’ compensation claims.
We ensure that we have all necessary information to ensure a positive experience with AMS – from setting an appointment to pre-appointment and post-appointment communication.
We provide the following administrative services:
- Authorizing claims and referrals, including (but not limited to):
- Diagnostics
- Therapy
- Surgeries
- Other specialists and specialties
- Scheduling of appointments, such as rechecks, therapy, and subsequent referrals
- Scheduling and coordinating pre-operative testing
- Scheduling and coordinating post-operative follow-up appointments and services
- Making reminder calls to patients 24 hours in advance of appointments
- Following up on missed appointments
- Completing insurance forms
- Completing records requests
- Managing prescriptions and medication refills
- Providing all splints and durable medical equipment (DME) to patients at the AMS Center, or coordinating a prescription with a conveniently located vendor
