Alfredo Balarezo, M.D. – Neurosurgeon

Dr. Friedman received his undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University in New York City. He received his medical degree from the University of Illinois, where he also completed his internship and residency. Dr. Friedman is Board-certified with the American Board of Neurological Surgeons. As an offensive lineman for the Wolverines, he was elected GTE Academic All-American and played on three Rose Bowl teams. Dr. Prieskorn received his medical degree from Michigan State University. He completed both his internship and residency at Botsford General Hospital. Eric Silberg, M.D. is a surgeon and scholar, receiving all his education and training from the University of Michigan. Dr. Silberg was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society (top 10% of medical school class) while earning his medical degree in 1993. He completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Michigan Hospitals in 1998. Dr. Silberg is very active in the community, educating the public in a series of free seminars and volunteering as a consultant to the Michigan Chapter of the National Arthritis Foundation.
